Course Reviews

  1. Good course

I enjoyed completing this course and did so within one day.
However, I was deducted 4 marks for a question that did not appear on the screen and gave me no option to view the question, there was merely a blank space where the question should have been which I find a little unfair to have the points removed if there was no question to answer.
None the less, I did pass the exam, but would have liked the opportunity to complete the exam fully.

  2. Great Course,

Highly Recommend the course, The layout and structure of the course is very straight forward to follow and can be done at your own time. I have an 18 month baby at home and did the course around him. Many courses can become quite repetitive but i found this course really enjoyable.

  3. fantastic

I have just passed the Medical Receptionist exam and found this really easy to follow.
12 modules where easy to read and understand and I used the online chat a couple of times and found they were very helpful and clear.
The mock exam was good and easy to follow and then with passing the exam I am so proud of myself.
I would definitely recommend One Education 5*

  4. Medical Receptionist Course

Really enjoyed the course. Extremely helpful and I learnt a lot!

I gained knowledge to go forward with my future.
