Overview

The Safeguarding Adults course is designed to provide aspiring healthcare and social care professionals with an in-depth understanding of adult safeguarding requirements and procedures. In this comprehensive training course, you will learn how to recognise the signs of abuse in adults, report your concerns, provide quality support, and much more.

This course explores the common risks to safety that can occur in a health and social care environment, taking an in-depth look at the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (SVGA) 2006 and the different types of abuse, including key facts, statistics and figures in the UK. Gain up-to-date skills and knowledge needed to kickstart your career.

Upon successful completion, you will qualify for the UK and internationally-recognised certificate and you can choose to make your achievement formal by obtaining your PDF Certificate at a cost of £9 and Hardcopy Certificate for £15.
