Review: Absolutely brilliant course, with very detailed strategies on becoming a life coach. This course all gives knowledge on contracting and how to get your first client and what to focus on as a life coach whilst advertising your business and not what to focus on which provides basic insight on how you would like to present yourself as a coach when starting. I was absolutely in love with the mindfulness part brilliant instructor, i would suggest you to do the mindfulness practices with the instructor rather than trying to learn, just receive, you take it in. The course is in tense and the final exam definitely tests your knowledge on life coaching, not too hard but it does make you second guess your answer. Overall great course to get you started but i would suggest for those that are not from a psychology background such as my self as i'm a therapist i would suggest to take another advanced course on life coaching but always remember all of the strategies that you learn, will only come naturally to you through experience and not textbook so you going to have to put yourself out there and then learn on the go because life coaching is very authentic work without letting yourself go and trusting the process you won't communicate authenticity in your work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED course
