Review: Really enjoyed this course, very infromative loads of information. Quiz style at the end was very good. I did this course because I nanny and sometimes you get in a bit of a panic if you don't know what to do etc so this will now come in very handy. Extra charge for certificate is a bit mean though considering how much the course is etc. Other than that I would recommend.
