Good course
I enjoyed completing this course and did so within one day.
However, I was deducted 4 marks for a question that did not appear on the screen and gave me no option to view the question, there was merely a blank space where the question should have been which I find a little unfair to have the points removed if there was no question to answer.
None the less, I did pass the exam, but would have liked the opportunity to complete the exam fully.
Great Course,
Highly Recommend the course, The layout and structure of the course is very straight forward to follow and can be done at your own time. I have an 18 month baby at home and did the course around him. Many courses can become quite repetitive but i found this course really enjoyable.

I gained knowledge to go forward with my future.
Media Receptionist
Alot of information about medical related areas. Wished it had more reception related information as although it was interesting and packed with eductional relevance to NHS, I was hoping for something that detailed the medical receptionist roles duties and responsibilities more clearly and in more detail.
Overall good for anyone looking for a understanding of medical NHS background and procedures. Loved the section on medical terminology and record keeping.
