The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation and Practitioner Certificates programme is divided into two levels: foundation and practitioner. The PRINCE2 Foundation level introduces the PRINCE2 methodology, whereas the PRINCE2 Practitioner level is open to anybody who manages projects as part of their job. This qualification will significantly increase your chances of getting project management positions, so it’s a step in the right direction.
You’ll learn how to integrate PRINCE2 methods with Agile and use them in a project context, as well as learn about Agile’s basic frameworks, behaviours, ideas, and procedures. Within an agile setting, you’ll be able to implement and assess the project’s emphasis area. You’ll also discover which agile methods are best and most suited for usage with PRINCE2 Agile®, how to customise PRINCE2 to meet project needs in an organisation, and how to fulfil project requirements.

What you'll learn
- Understand the key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2 Agile®.

Method of Assessment
A written test will evaluate you at the end of the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation and Practitioner Certificates.
For Foundation certification:
- Objective testing
- One-hour multiple-choice paper
- 50 questions with a pass mark of 55%
- Closed book exam.
For Practitioner certification:
- Objective testing
- 50 questions each worth one mark
- 30 marks or more required to pass: 60% pass mark
- Two-and-a-half hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
- Open book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile® guide only).

Requirements
There are no prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification, therefore anybody with no prior knowledge of PRINCE2 can take it. However, for the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner part, it’d be better if you first complete:
- PRINCE2 Foundation (or higher)
- PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
- Project Management Professional® (PMP)*
- Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)*
- IPMA Levels A, B, C and D® (Certified Projects Director).
